As we move from the striving part of our life and we enter into our 50s and beyond, we have the amazing opportunity to shift away from the “shoulds” that ruled us for too long. In this conversation, with my guest, Angel V. Shannon, in the first half of the conversation we cover things like how to own your health and be your own advocate (or the advocate for a loved one), and then the second part of the conversation we talk about how to make yourself – and specifically time for yourself – a priority, how we can begin to shift away from our “should” life and how the second stage of our life has the potential to be the best time of our life.
