Choice = Freedom.
I believe that we always have choice. Even when we are facing a brick wall or a tough situation. There is choice in there somewhere. We might not like the choices or we may wish that we had different choices, but that doesn’t mean that choice doesn’t exist.
The powerful thing about recognizing where we have choice is that it leads us to our next step, which represents action and action leads to learning and momentum. Even failed action leads to learning.
