Hey friend! This episode is part two of a conversation I had with my friend, Jennifer Skaw. If you loved part 1, you might end up loving this one even more. Which, I know, is tough to imagine because the first part was so good! In this episode, Jennifer takes it next level and brings some very tangible tips that you can use right away to begin to take control of your mind and shine the truth and light of Jesus on all that has been occupying space in your mind as it relates to food and health. Her story of how she took her eating disorder into her own hands and learned how to shift herself into a healthy approach to eating is inspiring, to say the least. She is also a singer, Bible teacher, and an advocate for God's Word and its power to change lives! In 2013, after a lifelong battle with depression, Jennifer was diagnosed with Bipolar Type II. God has used this hardship to show her how powerful His Word is to transform lives and bring us into deep genuine fellowship with Him. God’s Word has become her every answer.
