Do you feel you need help with how to PRACTICALLY make healthy choices day in and day out? Do you find yourself giving in to temptation and cravings? Are you frustrated with yourself?

I wanted to give you a little bit of a different experience today. This is a training from a challenge that I did a few years ago on how your identity in Christ can be the filter by which you view yourself, your health, and your choices.

This is a build off of last week's Holy and Hungry episode (#80). You'll notice a few of the same phrases and mentions. But what I thought would be most valuable to you today is that I offer a lot of practical ways to implement this concept.
