Damn... so this episode started off talking about how you should train for the body you WANT vs. training to escape the body you have.
But it got MUCH deeper.
When I was younger, my mom would always use the phrase "act as if"
As in "Act as if you already have what you want" or "Act as if you are the person who has already achieved that goal".
It's always served me pretty well.
A nice mindset shift to take me out of a state of lack and position me in this magnetic state of abundance.
I've been applying this concept to many of my current clients, prompting them to treat their days like they are already in the shape they want to be.
Creating their training and nutrition programs as if they are working to maintain their goal versus workig to escape their current state.
And that shit WORKS
But what makes it even more dope is that this concept can be applied to EVERY AREA OF YOUR LIFE
In this episode I dive into how to apply this to your fitness journey.
Then I go beyond that by showing you how to apply this concept to your day-to-day and literally change the trajectory of YOUR LIFE.
This episode is worth taking notes.
