Ya’ll had nap questions and we answered them! I connected with my colleague and fellow sleep consultant, Teresa Stewart, to tackle daytime sleep. There are many factors that play into daytime sleep from the circadian rhythm, to sleep pressure, to “sleep regressions” and more.
