The band is back together for the first time in a while!

In this episode:
• Dan gets back into the trails after a down week as the countdown to Transcend enters the final five weeks
• Matt has another solid week including a mini taper & solid half marathon, as GC Marathon edges nearer
• Sinead has another lower volume week as she heads into the third trimester

RESULTS:
We chat with some of the podium performers from today’s HBF Run for a Reason. The Half marathon events were taken out by Matt Smith & Kat Watt, with Luke Burrows & Lauren Hyde-Cooling first across the line respectively in the 12k races.

Dan & Matt Chat with Claire O'Brien-Smith to get a UTA recap. Unfortunately Claire did not start the race as a result of illness – but reports on some impressive results from a large WA contingent.

Jesse Hunt finished in 5th Place at the USATF Los Angeles Grand Prix in 3:35.38 (Won by Ollie Hoare)

Margie Hadley headlines a strong WA contingent at the ‘No Time to Die’ Front yard Ultra in Adelaide. The last 2 x men standing were still running at the time of recording today.

Rising WA Track talent Danielle Graham is off to IMG Academy in Florida to finish high school. IMG is a boarding high school in the US with specialised sporting programs.
