Chef Neha Jamani tallks about the future of food. After a three-year adventure creating, operating and managing Dubai’s first plant-forward restaurant – Sesame with our Co Host Irina Sharma. She is now leveraging her skills through her consultancy work in the industry of holistic nourishment. She is working towards working with entrepreneurs and restaurateurs, providing expertise in product conceptualization and development, menu development & recipe creation.
Neha Jamani is passionate about raising awareness about the importance of food choices and reconnecting people with their bodies and the food they eat. Neha believes food represents much more than simply ‘sustenance’, but rather encompasses the whole range of physical, emotional, and mental nourishment. Done correctly, food is a powerful channel for healing the body and, indeed, the whole person. In all fairness, Neha’s social intelligence & her creativity has led her to immense knowledge in the field of holistic chef.
