Recipes for cocktails, appetizers, main dishes, cookies, soups; you name it, someone has a recipe for it. I would like to tell you about a magical ingredient to add to all of your seasonal (and every day) food and drink recipes. A special added bonus ingredient that, when included, you can tell your gym: No, I will not work this off!
