Everyone experiences grief at one time or another–whether the loss of a loved one, the loss of a business, or the severing of a relationship.

And while there’s no way to short-change the healing process or avoid the negative emotions that are a part of grief, noticing the toll that grief takes on our body’s physical energy can help us manage the symptoms of stress that accompany grief.
