Hello beautiful souls! Welcome back to another episode. On today’s episode, I have Sarah Rollins, a licensed clinical social worker and Somatic Experiencing Practitioner. We are diving into the topic of healing from the trauma associated with pregnancy loss. She shares more about somatic therapy and her own journey with trauma. Together, we talk more about the dismissive societal attitude towards pregnancy loss, the lack of empathy from others, and how others sometimes place blame on those who have experienced this trauma. Sarah also shares more about the concept of overriding and how it affects our ability to listen to our bodies. This is part 1 of our conversation so be sure to tune back in next week for part 2! I hope this episode helped you!
