Allison Arnoff is a remarkable woman who never let any brick stop her. She had a successful tech career with 5 startups she worked for being acquired and two getting IPOs. She was one of the only women in her position in tech. She left her career to follow her dreams and start a coaching business for leaders in tech. She was a Division one swimmer and a triathlete. In 2020 she was on an easy bike ride and felt chest pains. She had to have open-heart surgery there were complications, she was in a coma for 6 days and had to learn how to walk again.
