Tracey Livingston shares her journey of overcoming an eating disorder. She was the first in her family to graduate from college and she didn't have a lot of money. Facing so many bricks she developed bulimia and struggled in her classes. It took one of her professors noticing she was struggling for her to realize she needed to make a change. She started to learn about nutrition and how to heal herself. Since recovering from her eating disorder she has taken what she learned from that experience and helps others in reaching their own goals. Her story reminds us we can all take small steps today to reach our goals.
