Juliet qualified as a Dr in 1996 and became a GP in 2002. After 16 years as a GP she decided to hang up her stethoscope and follow her passion, using her medical knowledge and experience to improve the health of women through physical activity. She works for Public Health England as a Champion for Physical Activity in the NW of England. On today’s show we talk about her award winning book Sorted: The Active Woman’s Guide to Health.
