Maria Lupue earned her doctorate studying the impact of physical activity on menopause quality of life, how cool is that? She fell into this area of study accidentally, as she watched clients and friends around her going through menopause and knowing she enter menopause herself, she felt this would be a meaningful area to focus her attention. In the show we discuss how important it is for all women in menopause to understand how impactful exercise can be on many levels; from emotional wellbeing and improved quality of life, to positively helping with longevity and health outcomes. We also discuss how women can enter the world of exercise if they have never done any before, what does that look like?
