We all struggle with negative self-image at times. But did you know a staggering 80% of women (and likely more today) experience body shaming – both from external pressures and their own inner critic?

- Personal Relationships: You might become preoccupied with body image, sacrifice quality time, refuse to do certain activities and isolate yourself.
