Welcome back to Words2Heal! Season 4 is all about my favorite healing tool, journal prompts.

For the longest time, I have valued this healing modality and I felt called to share 8 journal prompts to see if this is something that you are in need of, too. Research suggests that journaling can help us accept rather than judge our mental experiences, resulting in fewer negative emotions in response to stressors (Ford, Lam, John, & Mauss, 2018; Baikie & Wilhelm, 2005).
