Barbara Ramos is the Chief of Research and Strategies for Exports at the International Trade Centre. She is an international specialist on trade and integration issues with a record of designing, implementing and evaluating strategies and projects in areas such as trade policy, trade facilitation, regional infrastructure and private sector development. She has extensive field experience in several countries in Africa and Latin America, and in multilateral and bilateral development organizations.
