Leadership in worship goes beyond music; it's about leading others to become fully devoted followers of Christ. Before we are worship leaders, pastors or preachers, we are followers of Christ. Unlearning old habits and remaining teachable will allow us to grow in ways that only God can grow us. Are we willing to make the necessary sacrifices and let go of old methods and learned habits - in order to step into the new that God has for us?
