More than two thirds of people, especially in the last year, say that they've experienced some level of stress and anxiety. And more than 50% of people, according to research, say they're exhausted all the time. And so what can we do to start to take back control to start to feel less stressed out and less anxious?

In this episode, I'm going to share with you the five things that I've been using that have really helped me, and I hope they'll help you too.
