This 15 minute short yoga class is done with all standing postures. It is a beginner to advanced beginner level class, but it assumes you know a little bit about yoga. Class includes 3 rounds of sun salutations, standing forward bend, standing cobra, airplane, tree, triangle, revolving lateral triangle, standing forward bend variation with legs apart and shoulder stretch, and standing final relaxation.
