Kim Hess-Stone shares the real life struggles that even professional yogis have in straying from their practice. We all know the benefits of yoga and how good we feel and the improved quality of life we have when we practice. Everyone strays some time and it’s important not to beat yourself up and fall into self-defeating thought patterns that don’t serve you. Traveling and other life changes can get you out of your routines, so it’s important to be equipped to deal with the routine upheaval in our lives so that our practice does not suffer.

“When I finally understood the science behind yoga, life just suddenly made sense to me.” ~Kim Hess-Stone
