Comin' in hot with 5 tips to keep your stress low as you start this new year 2024!!

Don't know about you but I have bits and parts of Christmas put away but I'm not stressin'. I have put these 5 tips to good use. I know things will get accomplished but I don't have to stress.

1. Recognize you can’t do everything.
2. Learn to say no or not right now
3. Brain. Dump. It. All.
4. Use those reminders!
5. Give Yourself a Deadline
