Keep it SUPER simple mamas! You didn't think I was gonna call you stupid did you?   • Workout AKA Me Time (find out the way you like to work out that feels like second nature so it's sustainable)
  • Out Sourcing Dinner (outsource just the groceries with curbside pick up or Instacart, Yummly to pop out a recipe, or the whole meal with Hello Fresh.)
  • Be You (don't use your precious energy on trying to be something or someone you aren't)
