In this episode, I am going to talk about some key nutrients that are extremely important in healing your leaky gut and find you a long term relief.
I have focused on 6 key nutrients that are listed below -
1. Vitamin D - The nutrient supervises the function of tight junctions in your small intestine
2. Glutamine - This amino acid acts as metabolic fuel for epithelial cells and help shield damaged intestine
3. Fish Oil - Omega 3 fatty acids in fish oil has a great anti-inflammtory effect in healing your leaky gut
4. Probiotics - Help to develop diversified gut microbiome
5. Zinc Carnosine - This nutrient has shown to promote significant increase in proliferation and migration of new cells to heal damage in small intestine.
