Exercise is good for us, right?

But what kind of exercise and when?

Noone wants to waste their time doing movement that doesn't get a good result.

And we have all done it! Wasted our time with the latest fad only to end up with an injury or more belly fat or less energy.

With movement, getting as specific as possible will get us the best outcomes.
