“Don't you feel like there's more to life than this? Coming into a job, working nine to five, someone telling you when you can vacation [and] when you can't, when you can take care of your kids if they're sick, if you can leave, when you can mourn, you know, all these things. Don't you feel like there's more?”

I am really excited today because in episode 7 of Your Time is Now we are switching things up a little bit and I am welcoming my first guest onto the podcast, my friend Elizabeth Lewis.

She is a CEO, Community Leader & Mentor, Human Design Coach, Podcast Host, and Mom of Four. Elizabeth leads over 60 women within her organizations and mentors hundreds of women around the world, helping them feel safe, seen, and heard so they can reclaim their voices and their truth.
Join us for a truly inspiring conversation, where Elizabeth gets real and vulnerable telling us her story and sharing with us how she got to live her best life. We talk about grief, taking action and building the life that's going to light you up, and, of course, all about Human Design.

In this episode:

  • The story of how Elizabeth and I met
  • Her father’s wise words and how they led her to where she’s supposed to be
  • Elizabeth’s journey of grief, self-discovery, and finding Human Design
  • The ways utilizing Human Design as a tool can be life-changing
