Yoga and fitness are often looked as contradictory terms in modern approach to fitness. However, yoga has all the means and tools to help achieve the fitness goals.

Yogaguru Shailendra Singh will is a Yoga & Pilates Instructor for 15 years and runs a Yoga & Pilates studio, he conducts Yoga Teachers Training Programs and Graduation and Post Graduation programs in Yoga. Yogaguru Shailendra has also done Diploma in Naturopathy and is a Reebok Core Pilates Trainer.

He is deeply into fitness yet has a meditative way of life. He practices Yoga as a part of life and possesses deep knowledge about psychology, power yoga and fitness yoga. He is also a been a sportsperson with keen interest in football, cricket, badminton & hockey. He is the founder of Holistic Health Care Foundation.
