Sandeep Agarwala is a yogi with MA in yoga physiology, a follower of Hatha yoga tradition, a disciple of Bihar School of Yoga’s Swami Niranjanananda Saraswati, and the head of Yoga at world’s number 1 destination spa & luxury retreat, Ananda in the Himalayas, renowned internationally for its integrative approach to Ayurveda, Yoga and Vedanta.
