Kimberly Ashton is a Wellness Coach, Energy Medicine Practitioner, TCM Food Therapist, Author & Educator specializing in Energetic Nutrition. She is the founder of 5 Elements Nutrition Coaching certification and the Qi Food Therapy educational platform. Her specialization in foods centers around the power of functional food, Chinese medicine, the 5 Elements, food energetics, emotional anatomy, cultivating Qi, balancing life energies and balancing emotional health through the lens of the 5 elements, emotional and metaphysical anatomy. Her e-books, classes, workshops and courses support people through the layers of discovering their own connection of “FOOD-EMOTIONS-ENERGY”. She has taught food energetics and food therapy nutrition at yoga teacher trainings and retreats in Thailand, China and Japan. A Macrobiotic food educator, Kimberly completed her Level 2 Art of Life training at the Kushi Institute of Europe. Kimberly received her training from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition in New York and is currently undertaking training to be a Naturopathic Doctor certified in Australia. Kimberly is also a speaker, blogger, wellness and yoga retreats facilitator, and co-host on Shanghai’s ICS TV channel Ways to Wellness show. She is also the author of “Chinese Superfoods” based on everyday nutrient dense foods which sold over 8000 copies in China.

She also loves to practice Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga, Qigong & Meditation. Kimberly has trained in Yin Yoga with Sarah Powers, Sebastian Pucelle & Murielle Burellier, and Yoga Nidra with Andre Riehl and is also an iRest Yoga Nidra level 1 teacher.
