How to use downhills to improve cadence. You don't have to do something forever. Just give it a try. Little tips ad up. When you lose and then find something, put it back where you first looked for it. Use "if-then" logic when training and racing. How to get that Zen Chill. One-sided earphones will change your life. What makes somebody "fast"? It's not your sprint speed, but your cruising speed. Count your strokes and pay attention to your form when you first start swimming. Then try to keep it.
