As a lomi lomi massage therapist, creativity coach and accomplished artist, she understands the link between the mind, the body and innate creativity (note: innate creativity has nothing to do with artistic talent!). Brenda knows how stress and fear affect the nervous system and shut down flow in the body, and that connecting to our bodies is the most healing thing we can do for ourselves. She creates beauty-filled, calming opportunities online and in-person, where people can experience what it is like to ‘come home to themselves’ and ‘find their flow”, so that they can feel healthier and stronger in their bodies and minds, and navigate life’s challenges with more calm, ease, flow and self-acceptance.
