It’s that time again -- NEW YEAR’S RESOLUTIONS!
In last week’s podcast, we talked about goal-setting and how it gives us a foundation to be SUCCESSFUL. Today, we’re building on that topic and homing in on TIME-BOUND RESOLUTIONS, which are a totally different animal.
I’m chatting about my own GOAL-SETTING journey (it’s still a work in progress!) and the things I’ve learned that you can absolutely incorporate into your own life. This episode is one part practical advice and several parts storytime, as I take you in the “way back machine” and share stories of 2009 Pahla (who endured an epic personal fail on a couple of levels) and 2015 Pahla (who at one point was angry, crying, and totally doubting herself after missing a goal).
But 2021 Pahla? She’s moving forward, learning, and reaching for much bigger targets. And YOU CAN TOO!
