Carrin Gilmore (@letstalkaboutautism) is a millennial with Autism, a special education teacher, spreading Autism awareness, advocacy, and integration help within the school system, and on the board directors with Autism Career Pathways(@asdcareerpathways).

“It is not ok to treat Autistic people with need for a cure, because we are not sick, or broken, we are human”

In this episode, Carrin shares why Autism advocation is so important to her and how she has been able to rise through her diagnosis, and shares how other young adults on the spectrum can do the same; as well as, a message to all parents with younger children on the spectrum.
