It's Ocsober, everyone here in Australia and across most of the world has been impacted by COVID lockdowns. During these times we may have found that our alcohol intake has changed considerably. Alcohol is a common psychoactive drug that changes the way our bodies use things like carbohydrates, proteins and fats.
