Gratitude is the universal law. And the more grateful you are, the more energy you will reflect in your life. The universal law operates on your thoughts and feelings because these are energy, too, so whatever you think and feel, you attract you.

If practising gratitude does not come easy to you, now is the time to begin incorporating it into your everyday life. Being grateful for the good and the not so good in your life is the first step to living a life in which energy flows and abundance is all around you!
