We dive deep into how to actually overcome bad habits and create new ones using a strategic “stacking” formula, as well as how to overcome seasons of frustration that make you want to quit.

We also talk about how platforms like social media paint a picture as if we’re motivated all the time, but the reality is: it’s not true! Even we as fitness professionals have our habits we have to overcome, our shitty days and limiting desires, and we have to push past them.

We discuss about what it takes to avoid slipping up and falling back to old habits, which is uber-important as we move into the New Year and talk sticking to New Year’s Resolutions.
