Last episode, we talked about how much protein you should aim to get, but the more important thing is learning what you should eat to make it happen. Protein is absolutely fundamental to losing weight and changing body composition, and the best news it doesn't just come from meat these days. I'm a vegan and I still get loads of protein by strategizing high-protein plant-based foods in my diet. This comes to show anyone is capable of doing it and getting the right results either on the scale or at the gym!
