21. "Is that wheelchair for me?" Resonance and Better Boundaries - Rachel Camfield
Manage episode 322781821 series 2917245
Today, I am going to be sharing a rather personal story from last year. I think this will resonate with quite a few women because we need to be open to talking about this more, instead of brushing it under the rug and minimizing our experiences. My hope for this show, is to continue to share our stories in an unedited and welcoming way.
I have put together a six-week program, called Better Boundaries. It is a journey and a workbook, created for you to weave into your everyday life. This is for anyone who wants to have a little more support, and to take our conversations from the podcast a little bit deeper and to journey with me. If you would like to learn more about that or you're just intrigued, you can head to www.rachelcamfield.com/betterboundaries.
