Interest rates are rising 📈 What does this mean if you're buying or selling, or an agent?

We haven’t had an interest rate increase in Australia since 2010. Here are my predictions:

• There will be a price correction
• Some homeowners will need to sell
• If you’re selling, could be risky to wait too long before you buy

My predictions for real estate agents:

• Agents will be leaving the industry
• Agents will be making less money compared to last year
• Agents will be wanting more in their commission split

Remember, don’t hope the market gets better - hope you get better!
