PL Situation: You are training at the gym by yourself. You have your music playing, getting hyped for your last few warmup squats and heavy squat single. In walks 3 people. One of them changes the music. All 3 then proceed to hop on the ellipticals. What do you do?

Progress or lack of progress are often the result of the individual lifter's effort and discipline. Before making drastic changes to your program and/or coach, look in the mirror and assess your effort and discipline. Agree or disagree?
New Lifter Tip #2
Practice calming down and relaxing. Many new lifters get over excited for the entire duration of the competition. This is not necessarily bad while under the bar. The problem comes when there is no "off" switch when not under the bar. This can lead to extreme fatigue before the end of the meet. Agree or Disagree?
