In this podcast I talk about some of the physiological ways our body processes stress, yawning, crying, spontaneous inhalation. (I don't get sciencey)

You can find more information about this from the book Burnout: The Secret to Unlocking the Stress Cycle, coauthors (and twin sisters) Emily and Amelia Nagoski.

I'm also currently studying with Dr. Amy Apigian in her 21 Day Journey to Calm Aliveness in which she shares Somatic Experiencing exercises.

This episode is about how to use this reframe as a way to shift out of shame into curiosity. I share some of my hiking experiences in Iceland, especially when I was walking on a Glacier! Can you get into that curiosity approach?

If you want to know more about mindbody approaches to decreasing symptoms associated with stress illnesses, TMS or neuroplastic pain, please book a curiosity call with me! https://calendly.com/paincoachdeb
