Are you tired and sluggish, but your day just started?

I know how it feels to start the day feeling tired and worn out. But most days life requires us to to push through to be productive because we have s*** to do!

Thankfully, there is a way to kickstart your day and tap into some natural positive energy. A way to get the most out of your day—to feel more fueled and do more!

Breathwork is an natural way to increase your energy, and it also allows you to release negative energy through conscious, active breathing. I’ve recorded this five-minute breathwork for you to keep on hand whenever you need a boost of energy. It's easy, and quick, and will make you feel more alive, awake, and more present in your day.

What is breathwork?

  • Breathwork is the act of conscious breathing and allows us to move energy and emotions from the body.

What are the benefits of breathwork?

  • Breathwork has many benefits including immediate reduction of stress & anxiety, more energy, and mental clarity, releasing trauma that is stored in the body, and accessing your intuition.

Physical sensations may incur including:

  • Tingling throughout the body, lightheadedness or pressure in the head, temperature changes, cramping, tetany, or emotional release such as crying.

  • Please don't practice breathwork while pregnant, driving, taking medications, or experiencing medical conditions such as asthma, high blood pressure, depression, or chronic panic attacks. Please consult your doctor before starting breathwork.
