I didn't post a podcast last week because, truly, I didn't want to! I know I know, the algorithm is probably upset with me BUT, I am leaning in to doing things that ONLY feel aligned and last week, it just didn't.

I have come to many realizations in the past few months regarding hustle culture... and honestly, I want to opt out. I am curious, how do you feel about it? Do you see the similarities between diet culture and hustle culture?
