Feeling overwhelmed, frustrated, or resentful towards someone in your life?

You may be lacking necessary boundaries.

Establishing and maintaining boundaries in relationships can be difficult, yet essential for preserving your wellbeing.

Without clear boundaries it is easy to become overwhelmed with anger and resentment as our goodwill towards another person goes unrecognized or taken advantage of– leaving us feeling drained by the other's behaviour but too afraid (or guilty) to speak up.

Despite being hard work at times, learning how to set meaningful limits will help you avoid needless suffering and improve interactions going forward.
