The attitude of gratitude refers to a mindset or outlook that focuses on recognizing and appreciating the good things in one's life and expressing thankfulness and appreciation for them. It involves cultivating gratitude for the big and small things and approaching life positively. This attitude can lead to greater happiness, well-being, resilience, and stronger relationships with others. People who practice an attitude of gratitude often take time to reflect on the positive aspects of their lives and actively express gratitude to those around them.

A morning gratitude day starter is a practice of starting the day by expressing gratitude for the good things in one's life. It involves taking a few minutes each morning to reflect on what one is thankful for and to express appreciation for those things. This practice can be as simple as mentally listing a few things you are grateful for or writing them down in a gratitude journal. Some people also pray or meditate on gratitude as part of their morning routine.
