After sharing just how different sleep solutions can be for each family and child in episode 25 with Kristy from the sleep teacher, we thought we would let you in on our own… spoiler alert… we do not have the magic answer for getting more sleep!

In today’s BONUS episode we wanted to share the very different experiences we had regarding sleep with our 5 children… although there is one common theme… there were lots of frequent wake ups!
