He is a fascinating human, who brings us all amazing ways to transform our bodies. He is a very hard-working individual who really gives his all in whatever he does. We dive into how he has gained this attribute…

But we also talk about his growth as a fitness creator who is giving us free resources on how to seriously change your body.

He has faced areas in his life where he was lost not knowing where he is going, but because of those around him, they were able to shift his perspective and move him to get outside of his comfort zone. Iyaji shares with us ways we all can be able to radically shift our environment and “test” our friends.

I believe the biggest takeaway from our conversation was what exercising really does for someone, not just the confidence that is gained from the physical appearance, but a new grit attitude has been formed within. You have adopted a new character trait. Iyaji and I talk about what it means to stick to something you told yourself you would commit to doing.
