Suzanne Paulinksi is the founder of The Rock/Star Advocate. She is also a mindset and productivity coach for music professionals with a passion for helping creatives maintain harmony in work and life. After entering the music industry in her early 20's, Suzanne found herself working 15 to 16 hours a day and barely getting by. She left corporate, obtained her master's in Psychology, and began her journey as an entrepreneur. Shortly after, she was diagnosed with Lyme's disease, which became a pivotal moment for her. She recognized she had not left the bad habits she acquired in the music industry, and those habits were harmful to her wellbeing.
Suzanne talks about the birth of her productivity planner, The Rock/Star Life Planner, and what the "Rock" and "Star" represent. She shares a bit about her podcast, its rebranding, and its purpose. Some additional key topics we discuss are sustainability, growth mindset, and the idea that being an entrepreneur is similar to being a scientist.

These are our friends. These are your friends. AND they are living the extraordinary. #riseup #beamazing #beyoudoyou
