In this special episode, I am taking you behind the scenes for a day in my life as an endo warrior. I'll be sharing the details of how I structure my day, from morning to night, and how I navigate the challenges of balancing work and self-care.
Throughout the episode, I'll be periodically checking in with you to give updates on what I'm doing in real time, including what I am eating, how I am moving my body, and why I make the choices I make.
We'll start the day bright and early with my morning routine, which includes a healthy breakfast and some much-needed self-care. I'll share with you my morning routine sets the tone for my day. Then, we'll dive into the ins and outs of my workday.

Of course, I'll be the first to admit that I'm not perfect, and I want to show you how I'm trying to find that balance between work and taking care of myself.
And of course, we'll talk about food! I'll share my go-to breakfast and lunch options and my struggles with taking time for meals and truly being present during them. It's a personal project I'm still working on, and I believe many of you can relate.
We'll also take a peek at my evening and bedtime routine that sets me up for success in the day to come.
